ShotFetch (“we”, “us”) is a pre-launch screenshot API project operated from Albania with an EU-aligned privacy posture. This policy explains what we collect today (waitlist only) and how we plan to handle data when the paid API ships.
Who we are
Contact: rei11.hq@gmail.com. Operating location: Albania (EU-aligned ops path).
What we collect today (waitlist)
While the product is pre-launch, we collect waitlist responses through a Google Form. Typical fields include email address and optional product-feedback answers you choose to submit. Responses are stored in that form’s response sheet for rei11.hq@gmail.com.
- We use waitlist data solely to contact you about launch, founding packs, and related product updates.
- We do not sell waitlist data.
- We do not use waitlist responses to train machine-learning models.
When the API ships (planned capture handling)
No paid screenshot service is live yet. When captures become available, we intend to:
- Retain captured page content only as needed to deliver the requested image or PDF
- Apply a delete-after-N-days default for stored captures (exact N published in docs at launch)
- Bill only successful renders — failed renders are not charged
- Not train models on your page content
