These Terms govern your use of the ShotFetch marketing site and founding waitlist. No paid screenshot service is live yet. By joining the waitlist or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Pre-launch status
ShotFetch currently offers a waitlist and product information only. Credit pack prices shown on the site (Starter $15 / 1,000 · Builder $16 / 2,000 · Agency $69 / 10,000) are planned founding prices and may adjust before launch.
Founding waitlist perk
Early waitlist members may receive early access and 250 bonus credits on their first purchased pack when the API becomes available. This perk is not a deep discount program and may be modified or ended with notice before paid access opens.
Acceptable use of this site
- Do not scrape, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to this marketing site
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with ShotFetch or with third-party screenshot vendors
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive waitlist content
Future API use (preview)
When paid access ships, additional terms will cover API keys, credit consumption, rate limits, prohibited capture targets (e.g. illegal content, credential harvesting), and service availability. Credits are planned to roll until used; failed renders are planned not to be billed.
Disclaimer
The site and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee launch dates, feature completeness, or uninterrupted availability of pre-launch materials.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotFetch and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this pre-launch site or waitlist.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Albania shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
